No. Every video uses real compute, so there’s no free tier. You can set up your first video before you pay, and once you subscribe, that first video is on us: it doesn’t touch your credits.
Every video shows its credit cost before you hit Generate, and you’re never charged more than that. A 30-second video at default settings costs 29 credits; premium models and AI video clips cost more. Plan credits refresh every month (yearly plans too) and don’t roll over. Top-up credits last as long as you’re subscribed. If a video fails, its credits come back automatically.
Anytime, from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops renewing. No emails to write, no calls to make.
Failed videos refund their credits automatically. If you’re new, change your mind within 7 days and have used less than 20% of your first month’s credits, email support@autoslop.ai for a full refund. Otherwise, used periods aren’t refunded except where the law requires it.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you get the extra credits for the rest of the period, prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
No. Yearly plans get the same credits every month as monthly plans; you just pay less per month.
You keep the oldest ones up to your new limit. The rest pause, and you have 7 days to choose which to keep before paused accounts disconnect.
