Terms of Service The rules for using Autoslop.

Last updated: 19 sections

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Autoslop.ai (“Autoslop”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of Autoslop, an AI video generator for short-form video, including the website at autoslop.ai, the web app and every related service (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Autoslop.ai.

You can reach us about these Terms at support@autoslop.ai. For help with your account, videos or billing, write to support@autoslop.ai.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service.

You may use the Service for personal or business purposes. If you use it on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” then includes that organization.

Your account

  • Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • An account is for one person. Don’t share your sign-in details or let others use your account.
  • Tell us right away at support@autoslop.ai if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You can sign in with an email address and password or with Google.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Plans

The Service is offered as paid subscription plans (Snack, Buffet and Trough), billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes, such as monthly credits, maximum video length, available models and connected-account limits, is shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. There is no free plan or free trial.

What you are charged

When you subscribe, you are charged the price shown for your plan and billing interval. Before you pay, we show the amount charged today, the renewal amount and how often it renews. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for these amounts.

Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically at the price shown each month or year until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new billing period to the payment method on file. For yearly plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal with the amount and the renewal date.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime in Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your plan, and your plan credits, until then. Except as described in Refunds, canceling does not trigger a refund for the current period.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately: you are charged the prorated difference and receive the extra credits for the rest of the current period. Downgrades and switches from yearly to monthly billing take effect at your next renewal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we and Stripe retry it and email you. Your plan stays active while we retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription ends and paid features stop.

Price changes

We may change plan prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and it applies only from your next renewal after that notice. If you don’t want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price displayed is the final price you pay; we do not add sales tax, VAT or similar taxes at checkout.

Deleting your account

If you delete your account while a plan is active, your subscription is canceled immediately and unused time is not refunded. If you only want to stop paying, cancel renewal instead.

Credits

Generating videos uses credits. Credits are a measure of usage within the Service. They have no cash value, are not transferable, can’t be sold or exchanged, and are not redeemable for money, except where the law requires otherwise.

  • Plan credits are added at the start of each monthly window of your subscription, including on yearly plans, which receive the same credits every month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly window and do not roll over.
  • Top-up credits are one-time purchases (packs from $10) available to subscribers only. They don’t expire while you are subscribed and can only be spent while your subscription is active. They expire 90 days after your subscription ends.
  • Estimates. Before you generate a video, the Service shows its estimated credit cost. We hold that amount when generation starts, charge only for what is actually produced, and return any unused part when the video is finished. You are never charged more than the estimate shown.
  • Failures and cancellations. If a generation fails or you stop it, the credits held for it are returned automatically.
  • Your first video. The first video you generate after your first subscription payment does not use credits, if its estimated cost is 60 credits or less.

We may change how many credits a feature or model costs. Changes apply only to generations started after the change, and the cost is always shown before you generate.

Refunds

New subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days if they’ve used less than 20% of their first month’s credits. This applies to your first subscription payment. To request it, email support@autoslop.ai from the address on your account within 7 days of that payment. We refund the payment to the original payment method and end the subscription.

Other payments, including renewals and top-up packs, are not refundable, and we don’t refund used or partially used billing periods, except where the law requires it.

Credits held for a video that fails are returned automatically as credits. That is not a refund of money.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services. At checkout, you ask us to start providing the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin generating content for you. If you withdraw within 14 days and no generation has started, we refund your payment in full.

AI-generated content

Outputs are machine-generated. Review them before posting and follow each platform’s AI-disclosure rules.

  • Scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, captions and videos are produced automatically by machine-learning models from your inputs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and may resemble content generated for other people. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
  • Facts in generated scripts can be wrong. Check anything that matters, especially about history, news, health, finance or real people, before you publish it.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every output and for deciding whether and where to publish it.
  • Platforms require you to disclose realistic AI-generated content. When you post through Autoslop, you can turn on each platform’s AI-content label where its publishing interface supports one (currently TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X and Pinterest), per post or for a whole series. It is off unless you turn it on, and you are responsible for disclosing AI content wherever a platform’s rules require it. Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and Bluesky have no label setting, so disclose it in your caption where their rules require it. Don’t remove, hide or circumvent AI disclosures.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, or content made with it, to create, post or promote any of the following:

  • Anything illegal, or anything that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Sexual content involving minors, of any kind.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or altered imagery of real people.
  • Deceptive content: impersonating real people or organizations, deepfakes presented as real, fabricated news, reviews or testimonials, election or health misinformation, and scams or fraud.
  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or violent extremism.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, including using someone’s name, likeness or voice without permission.
  • Spam, or mass-duplicated or inauthentic posting across accounts.

You also agree not to:

  • Circumvent usage limits, credit costs, plan entitlements, promotions or the rules of the platforms you post to.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or models of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Scrape, crawl or access the Service by automated means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the Service, or of other users’ accounts.

We use automated moderation and may refuse a prompt or a generation that appears to break these rules. We may remove content, cancel scheduled posts, or suspend or close accounts that violate this section.

Your content and license

“Inputs” are what you give the Service: prompts, ideas, story text, settings and anything you upload. “Outputs” are what the Service makes for you: scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, captions and finished videos.

  • You own your Inputs and Outputs. As between you and us, you keep all rights in your Inputs, and we assign to you any rights we have in your Outputs, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes. Some Outputs may not be protected by copyright in every country.
  • The license you give us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending them to the service providers we use to run the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law.
  • We don’t use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models, and we don’t publish your videos or use them in our marketing without your permission.
  • You are responsible for your Inputs and for having the rights to them. We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or the law.
  • If your plan ends, you keep access to view, download and delete the videos you made for as long as your account exists.

Social publishing

You can connect social media accounts to post or schedule videos directly from Autoslop. Publishing is provided through a third-party publishing partner.

  • By connecting an account, you authorize us and our publishing partner to publish, schedule and manage posts on that account on your behalf. We only post what you approve, when you choose.
  • Each platform’s terms of service and community guidelines apply to what you post there, and you are responsible for following them.
  • We are not responsible for platform decisions, including moderation, removal, age restrictions, demonetization, reach, or actions taken against your account, or for changes platforms make to their publishing features.
  • You can disconnect an account anytime in Connected accounts. Disconnecting cancels posts scheduled to that account.
  • Your plan limits how many accounts you can connect and how many posts you can schedule. If you move to a plan with a lower limit, the accounts over the limit are paused, and paused accounts are disconnected after 7 days unless you choose which ones to keep.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Some model providers have their own usage policies, which also apply to content generated with their models.

We may add, change or remove models and providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, including their availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate, original or suitable for your purpose. We make no promise of views, followers, engagement, revenue or monetization, or that any platform will accept, promote or keep your content.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or audience, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers and employees against any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, the Outputs you publish or use, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, the law or the rights of others.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, as described in Subscriptions and automatic renewal.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if payment fails. Where appropriate, we will tell you why in advance and give you a chance to fix the problem.

When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on credits, refunds, your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes, survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply; if you don’t agree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before then.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and the federal courts of the Western District of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@autoslop.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

General

These Terms and the documents they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
